Pre-employment/ Pre-placement screening

JOH provides timely and effective confidential pre-employment health assessments.

We carry out post job offer assessments so that the employer is assured that the health and well-being of the new recruit is well protected and the new recruit with existing health conditions will feel confident that they will be well protected at work.  

After an individual is offered a job; a confidential health questionnaire is completed by the new recruit, which is then reviewed by one our OH practitioners who has a good understanding of your workplace, risks and relevant fitness standards. If further information is required to clarify information declared on their health questionnaire; a telephone call is carried out and a decision about their fitness for work will be provided and any reasonable adjustments required.
